Check-in/Check-out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 15:00 / Check-Out: 12:00
Late Check-out Hour: 15:00 / Late Check-out Fees: 25%
Late check-out (after 12:00 and before 15:00) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancellation Policies
If cancelled 31 or more daysprior arrival date, the reservation will be free of charge.
If cancelled between 16 and 30 days before arrival date, the penaltyfee would be the half of the stay.
After this period, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
From December 20th. until January 10th, no cancellation will be allowedand the total amount of the stay will be charged.
RESERVATION POLICIES
- Departure time: 12:00h Late check out with no previous notice or authorization implies a charge of $60 USD per room.
- Cleaning service: There has been stablished a cleaning time, after this schedule there will be no cleaning service.
- Set of keys: At your arrival a key to open your room will be given. The loss of it implies a $50 USD charge.
- Common areas: It is strictly prohibited to hang-clothing in windows or balcony that are exposed to other guests views.
- Music will be heard inside the room, and for respect to other guests not income areas.
- Food eaten in common areas will be only the one provided by the restaurant of-the property. If guests what to eat food cooked or provided by them, it should be eaten within the room.
- Valuable objects: the hotel is not responsible of any objets that are not kept in the safe box.
MANIFEST AND AGREE
- The party of the first part: Mr/Ms Gonzaga Giquel Sosa, with national id.no.(DNI) 51086149K, appearing as the representative of the company RumbaHospitality, with address in Tulum, and the party of the second part: the aforementioned lessee: I- By means of the present contract grants to the above-mentioned lessee the use and occupancy of the home described above, as holiday accommodation, and under the terms of Mexican Civil Code for theQuintana Roo state.
- The payment of the total amount of the stay shall be made on signature of the present contract and on the first day of the agreed time period, in cash or by credit card.
- The following rental agreement includes the cleaning services during the agreed schedule.
- The guest of the home warrants that the stay in the accommodation is only for tourism purposes and under no circumstances shall it be used as his main residence.
- The lessee declares the he has been informed about the conditions and characteristics of the accommodation and that he is expressly bound to keep the home in good condition throughout his stay, hereby agree ding, at the end of the occupancy, to return the home in identical conditions to those in which it was received, including furniture and fixtures, he being liable for replacement or-repairof losses or damages that are atributable to his person.
- To meet the obligation of replacing and repairing losses and damages, and in the event of breach of any of the regulations established herein, the lessee hereby provides, for the sole purposes of guaranteeing payment of the aforesaid items, the credit card number described above.
- The lessee accepts that the cost of the aforesaid shall be charged to the provided credit card.
- The present contract is made in the name of the guest, and therefore is not transferable to any other person.
- Under no circumstances may the lessee store explosive or inflammable material and any distrurbat activity is strictly prohibited.
- The lessee is the only and directly liable party. He is liable for the accommodation and for any damages that might be caused to people or property orto his own person and that are attributable to himself.
- The guests must leave the hotel on the established date before 12.00 am. Anylater departure with no previous notice and acceptance shall incur a penaltycharge equivalent to the price of occupancy for that day. Should the lessee notvacate the premises or shound he breach the stipulations of the regulations foruse annexed to this contract, then he shall be immediately evicted form thepremises. Eviction from the premises for the aforesaid reason shall entitleRumba - Hospitality to withdraw from the home all existing belongings and shelled to the loss of all related payments made as well as the immediate application of the deposit to pay damages caused.
- The lessee agreets to lock the doors and windows to the apartment whenever he's not inside the same. In the event of robbery in the home, the company agreesto compensate the tenant for damages caused by the disappearance, destruction,or deterioration of objects as a result of a robbery involving force orviolence. In case of theft, the company agrees to compensate the insured party.
- For any legal dispute, both parties agree to relinquish their own jurisdiction and to submit to the competence and jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Tulum.
- For guests who are VIP Access, the $50 USD resort credit are for use in Spa treatments only, minimum consumption of $200 USD. Only one voucher per room per stay.
RULES:
- Noise: It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) after9.00 pm (21:00). Parties and meetings are not permitted on the terraces or atthe entrance. Seguridad: Make sure you close your room door with key when youare not in it. Objets of value: Each apartment is equipped with a safety boxthat will be programmed by each guest, we recommed you safe all your belongingsin it as the hotel is not responsible for any value items that are not kept init.
- Smoke free: Smoking in the apartments is not permitted. If anyone smokewithin the room, a penalty fee of $100 USD will be charged.
- Lights and airconditioner: As we care for the environment please switch off lights and A/Cwhile you are not in your room.
- Cleaning service: On your arrival you room will be perfectly clean equipped with towels, amenities and bed line.
- We kindly ask you to leave the room tidy to facilitate daily cleaning service.
- Guestidentity: On arrival date we will request an identification of each guest that will be attached to the agreement.
-Failure to comply with these regulations and/or any of the aforesaid terms shall be deemed a breach of contract, and Rumba Hospitality shall be entitled to immediately terminate the contract, retain the security deposit and the full payment of the booking as compensation for damages, and proceed with the immediate eviction of the lessee. Likewise, if it is determined that smoking has occurred inside the apartment, or if a call-out is made due to complaints from neighbours regarding noise, the security deposit and the full payment of the booking shall be retained, and the lessee shall be immediately evicted.
